From your pages to a helpful conversation.

Start with a small public demo. Then verify, review, and install an assistant you can keep improving.

Three gently curved glass pages catching progressively clearer light on a pale stone surface.

How do I add Sairo to my website?

Try a public-page sample, create a workspace, verify website ownership, review the selected knowledge and install the JavaScript snippet. Test answers and the human handoff before launch, then maintain the source content.

1. Try a sample of your website.

Enter your public website address in the demo builder. Sairo checks that the address is safe to fetch, respects robots.txt, and reads a limited number of pages.

The demo helps you judge the answers before installation. Sites that block crawlers, require a login, or depend entirely on browser-rendered content may need changes before their pages can be read.

The preparation screen shows the site-reading progress, then opens a focused demo where you can ask the assistant questions about the sampled pages. No signup or installation is needed for that sample.

2. Verify ownership and review the knowledge.

A workspace administrator adds the website and verifies ownership with a DNS TXT record or a small verification file. The initial crawl is limited by the workspace’s page allowance.

Check important source pages and business details. Add approved answers for common questions, and exclude old offers, irrelevant content, or pages that should not inform the assistant.

3. Add the widget and test a real journey.

Copy the installation snippet from your workspace into the website’s shared layout or approved custom-code area. The site key identifies the assistant; provider credentials remain on the server.

Try a known question, a question the website cannot answer, and a request for a person. Use a keyboard and a screen reader to check the widget in the context of your own page.

  1. Your website. Ready to help.

Already created your workspace and added your website? Let's get your Sairo assistant live.

  2. Open Get started

Open Get started in the sidebar. Your setup checklist keeps verification, indexing, installation, and testing in one place.

  3. Verify ownership

Add the supplied verification file to your website, or use the DNS record. Then select Check verification. Ownership must be verified before indexing.

  4. Index your pages

Select Refresh website content. Sairo reads the verified website and prepares its knowledge. The next step appears when indexing finishes.

  5. Copy. Add. Publish.

Copy your unique snippet. Add it before the closing body tag, or in your website builder's global custom-code area. Publish, then confirm that you've added it.

  6. Ask a real question

Open your website and select Ask a question. Try something visitors actually ask, such as: Do you offer free inspections? Then send it.

  7. Check the answer

Read the answer and its source. In this example, the reply confirms free residential inspections in Franklin County. Test your own important questions too.

  8. Your first answer, ready for visitors.

Your assistant is ready for a first conversation. Next, keep its answers accurate with confirmed knowledge.

4. Let a specialist join when needed.

Live chat is enabled separately for each site. Choose the eligible teammates who cover it, then set Available when they can help. The desk does not need to stay in the foreground; browser notifications can alert them when a visitor is waiting.

A visitor can ask for a person, or an assistant escalation can enter the same queue automatically. The specialist reads the earlier transcript, claims the conversation, and replies inside the existing widget.

5. Review what people actually ask.

The inbox keeps visitor, assistant, and specialist messages together. Lead records and the knowledge-gap report turn conversations into follow-up and content work.

Keep the original website current too. Scheduled refreshes and your content controls help the assistant stay aligned with the information you want visitors to use.

Use Ask Sairo to find a problem conversation and prepare an approved correction, or connect your workspace to a compatible AI application through MCP. Check the saved answer and keep its source page current.
