Start with the question, not a search through settings.
A visitor was given the wrong opening hours. A lead needs a follow-up. You want to see which questions your team should review. Ask Sairo brings the relevant website knowledge and workspace records into a conversation so you can work with the context in front of you.
Choose a website before making a specific correction, or review the websites you can access together. Open Ask Sairo from the workspace navigation, or use “Review with Ask Sairo” beside a visitor conversation to bring that conversation into the review.
Example request
Find the conversation about Saturday appointments on our main website. What information did the assistant use, and which answer needs updating?
Give it the right answer. Keep the wording you approve.
Describe the incorrect answer, then supply the actual business information. Ask Sairo can prepare a saved answer for that website. If the correct wording is missing, the next step is to ask you for it; a complaint alone does not establish a new policy.
Saved answers become part of the knowledge your visitor assistant uses. Exact matching prioritises the approved answer before general website content, subject to the assistant’s handoff rules. Check the original question and related wording after saving.
Find the original exchange
Review the visitor’s question, the reply and the relevant source information.
Provide the correction
Specify the correct answer and check the selected website and proposed wording.
Save and check
Apply the change, check the answer again and update any conflicting website page.
Bring the follow-up into the same conversation.
Ask Sairo can read conversations, saved answers, website details, leads and permitted workspace activity. It can also help prepare updates to business facts, internal notes, conversation review status, lead stages and follow-up dates.
Members with the right permissions can adjust source inclusion and refresh controls, or change an assistant’s greeting, tone and business name. Review the affected record and value before applying a proposal. Several related proposals can be reviewed together; each completed change keeps its own record.
- Find the question and its supporting information
- Correct approved answers and confirmed business facts
- Prepare lead follow-ups and internal notes
- Review recent changes and undo when needed
Your team’s permissions still apply.
Ask Sairo follows your workspace, project and website access. Your conversation history is private to your account within the workspace, while applied changes update the shared records. Client viewers and contributors keep the same limits they have elsewhere in Sairo.
Proposals can be applied or dismissed. An optional automatic-corrections setting can save an explicit, unambiguous correction for one selected website. Other requests still need review. Undo checks for newer edits before restoring an earlier value, so it does not overwrite somebody else’s subsequent work.
The assistant handles supported knowledge and workspace tasks. Billing, team administration, sending messages to customers and creating websites remain in their existing workflows. Open-ended conversations need a configured AI model with tool support; Guided mode supports a smaller set of searches and direct corrections.
Common questions
Is Ask Sairo the chatbot visitors see?
Ask Sairo is for your team inside the workspace. The visitor assistant answers questions on your website. Changes you apply to saved answers and website knowledge can improve what that visitor assistant uses.
Will it automatically invent a correction?
No. You need to supply or confirm the correct business information. A report that an answer was wrong is a starting point for review, not evidence of what the replacement should say.
Can I use it across client websites?
You can review the websites your account can access. Select the intended website before applying a specific correction; agency project boundaries continue to apply.
