Request permanent deletion of your account and personal data. Here’s how the process works.
How to request deletion
Open Account & security
Sign in on the website and open Account & security. In the mobile app, go to Settings → Sign-in methods & security.
Verify it’s you
Confirm your identity with one of your connected sign-in methods.
Confirm your request
Choose Delete my account, type DELETE and select Request permanent deletion.
You’ll be asked to sign in if you’re signed out.
What happens next
- Access ends immediately
- Submitting the request signs you out and disables your account.
- Deletion within 30 days
- We remove your sign-in methods and personal account data. Shared workspace ownership is reviewed so other members keep their work.
- Some records may be retained
- Records required for billing or legal obligations may be kept separately.
